Receipt of payment. It will be taken as an understanding by Abboud Tours & Travel that the customer has checked his confirmed travel arrangements and has read and agreed to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right. Release the order without prior notice if no payment has been made within 5 days of receiving your order request. Selected local operators operate shuttle services, and we may, at our discretion, use vehicles or services offered by any operator we select. Bookings made for the selected time. We may, at our discretion, upgrade the occupants to a larger vehicle than booked. Notice when the booking is required in cases of special needs: wheelchairs, child car seats, and children's stroller. Any passenger who decides to withdraw at his / her discretion in any country during the service will not be entitled to claim any refund. We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. The insurance of the local operator covers passengers. We, or our local operator, may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any service if we deem his or her conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers. We shall have no further liability for the Carriage of such travelers. We reserve the right to implement alternate locations other than the itinerary due to force major, weather conditions, or imposed security limitations. For instance, drop-off or pick-up points might be adjusted in cases where it is impossible to reach the intended location. If possible, we will attempt to notify each customer ahead of time; however, whether we do or not, there will be no claim for compensation. If the voucher user meets our driver at this time or calls our office to inform us about a delay, the driver will continue waiting until the voucher user arrives at the car. Additional waiting time is chargeable. Every additional 30 minutes costs NIS 75 and will be charged and paid before departing from the address. If the voucher user does not meet our driver or fulfill these terms, the driver will leave alone. Prepaid transfers, in this case, are not refundable. In case of a request for the driver to return to the pick-up point to pick up the voucher user (and his group), the new service will be charged in full again and paid before departing to the desired destination.

Hotel pick-up - private transfer.

When the driver arrives at the hotel, he will ask for the voucher user at the reception desk. The receptionist will point us to the voucher user. If the voucher user is not present in the reception hall when the driver arrives, he will wait for the voucher user for ten minutes. If the voucher user does not meet our driver at this time, the driver will leave alone. If the voucher user meets our driver at this time or calls our office number and informs us about a delay, the driver will continue waiting until the voucher user arrives. An additional time of waiting is chargeable. Every additional 30 minutes costs NIS 75 and will be charged and paid before departing from the hotel.
