Shuttles and Transfers Terms and Condition

Payment must be made within 10 days before your pick up.

Receipt of payment. Will be taken as an understanding by Abboud Tours & Travel that the customer has checked his confirmed travel arrangements and has read and agreed to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right.

To release the booking without notice if no payment has been made within 5 days after received your booking request.

Shuttle services are operated by selected local operators, and we may at our discretion use vehicles or services offered by any operator we select.

Bookings are made for the selected time. In the case of passenger missing transfer, we will attempt to accommodate traveler on the next available.

Transfer but cannot guarantee spaces.

In dealing with road transportation, delays due to traffic, weather, vehicle technical problems, force majeur or other unforeseen circumstances are

Possible, and can on occasion lead to delays or cancellation of services.

Passengers using our service to reach an airport are responsible for ensuring that they arrive at the airport with reasonable time for their flights in accordance with the airport regulations

Passengers are obliged to stay seated on the vehicle at all times with safety belts fastened.

Services are conducted in various sizes of tourism buses, vans and vehicles. We may at our discretion upgrade passengers to a larger vehicle than what has been reserved.

Notification at the time of booking is required in cases of special needs: wheelchairs, child car seat and child stroller.

Any passenger who decides to withdraw at his or her own discretion at any state during the service will not be entitled to claim any refund whatsoever.

We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. Passengers are covered by the insurance of the local operator.

We, or our local operator, may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any service if we deem his or her conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability for the Carriage of such travelers.

We reserve the right to implement alternate locations other than the itinerary due to force major, weather conditions, or imposed security limitations. For instance, drop-off or pick-up points might be adjusted in cases where it is not possible to reach the intended location. If possible, we will attempt to notify each customer ahead of time; however, whether we do or not, there will be no claim for compensation.

Customer will receive a confirmation once the booking is finished. Customer is responsible for checking that the order details are correct, and advising of any errors immediately

Airport pick-up - private transfer

Driver will wait for voucher user in the arrival hall, just after passing through the customs area.

Driver will wait for voucher user with welcome sign previously agreed upon. Voucher user (and his group) will be waited for one hour after notification that user’s plane has landed. In this time voucher user must meet our driver or contact our office. If none of this happens, we will act like voucher user was not on the plane. If voucher user has problems with luggage, immediately contact our office so that we can notify our driver so that he will wait longer. Additional waiting time is chargeable. Every additional one hour costs NIS 150 and will be charged and paid before departing from airport. If voucher user does not meet our driver or fulfill these terms, the driver will leave alone. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable. In case of request for driver to return to the pick-up point to pick up voucher user (and his group), new service will be charged in full again and paid on spot before departing to desired destination.

Address pick-up - private transfer

The driver will be at the address according to voucher pick-up time.

The driver will wait for ten minutes. If voucher user does not meet our driver in this time, driver will leave alone. If voucher user meets our driver in this time or calls our office to inform us about a delay, the driver will continue waiting until the voucher user arrives to the car. Additional waiting time is chargeable. Every additional 30 minutes costs NIS 75 and will be charged and paid before departing from address. If the voucher user does not meet our driver or fulfill these terms, the driver will leave alone. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable. In case of request for the driver to return to the pick-up point to pick up the voucher user (and his group), new service will be charged in full again and paid before departing to desired destination.

Hotel pick-up - private transfer

When the driver arrives at the hotel, he will ask for the voucher user at the reception desk. The receptionist will point us to the voucher user. If the voucher user is not present in the reception hall when the driver arrives, he will wait for voucher user for ten minutes. If the voucher user does not meet our driver in this time, the driver will leave alone. If the voucher user meets our driver in this time or calls our office number and informs us about a delay, the driver will continue waiting until the voucher user arrives. An additional time of waiting is chargeable. Every additional 30 minutes costs NIS 75 and will be charged and paid before departing from the hotel. If you do not meet our driver or fulfill these terms, the driver will leave alone. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable. In case of a request for the driver to return to the hotel to pick up the voucher user (and his group), new service will be charged in full again and paid on the spot before departing to the desired destination.
